As it was relieved earlier this morning, Arsene Wenger will have on his disposal £45 million (around €51.5 million) in order to strengthen his team during the summer transfer period.

It might come as a surprise to all of you but Arsenal's financial results report that the London club is going to be themost cash-rich club in Premiership, next season.

Main reason for these impressive results, which are spectacular considering the difficult financial climate, is the development of the Highbury Square which cintinues to find buyers and is expected to be making a profit of £30-40 million.

In fact, the only Premiership club that could probably exceed Arsenal's cash-chest is Manchester City.
