Roma defender Philippe Mexes is number one priority for Juventus and Milan for their summer transfer short-list, according to popular online magazine.

Since Juan and Nicolas Burdisso have been a much more solid duo in the centre of Roma's defence, Mexes has been falling behind in the pecking order at Olimpico!

In the case that Roma buy Burdisso (currently in playing for Roma on loan by Inter Milan) Mexes is very likely to move on and AC Milan and Juventus are in pole position for signing the player when this summer's transfer window opens.

Mexes, who signed to Roma in summer 2004, has only made 17 appearances this season.
