The regular season of the English Championship finished last week without any surprises. Newcastle were the Champions, West Brom the runners up.

Blackpool, Cardiff, Leicester and Nottigham Forest are fighting in the playoffs for the 3rd qualification position to next season's Premiership.

Blackpool vs Nottingham Forest
This is massively important fixture with great pressure attached as both Blackpool  and Nottingham Forest know they need to win but also cannot afford to lose. In my mind that could well lead to both teams cancelling each other out and a scoring draw looks a good value betting option here.

Leicester vs Cardiff
This is a massively important match for both Leicester and Cardiff and certainly one that both teams will feel pressure to win which will make it very competitive and intense. Any result is possible and indeed a scoring draw is very tempting but we are going to take a chance on Cardiff having the extra attacking quality on the day with Michael Chopra a value bet to lead by example.
