The title race has finished for the English Championship. Newcastle are the record breaking Champions with West Brom being the runners up. However, the battle for the playoffs is still on!

Swansea vs Doncaster Rovers
History suggests that this game is going to be competitive, physically intense and certainly entertaining so anything is possible but Swansea have had a definite edge in this fixture over the years and they look a rock solid bet to make their extra attacking quality pay here.
Prediction: Home win

Leicester vs Middlesbrough
This is going to be a real battle of 2 physically committed and totally determined sides who prides themselves on team organisation so we are not expecting too many goals and indeed a low scoring draw is a very tempting option but we believe Leicester are the value call given their incredible strength at home and they can just do enough to edge a very tight game.
Prediction: Home win

Derby vs Cardiff
This is massively important fixture with great pressures attached as both Derby and Cardiff know they need to win but also cannot afford to lose and in our mind that could well lead to both teams cancelling each other out and a scoring draw looks a good value betting option here.
Prediction: Draw

West Brom vs Barnsley
There is no doubting how important this match is to both West Brom and Barnsley but in terms of nominating a winner then West Brom get a confident vote from us as they look a rock solid bet to win this and further extend their excellent home record here.
Prediction: Home win

Scunthorpe Utd vs Nottingham Forest
Both sides lack top quality but this should be an entertaining, open game of football and one that is essentially a 50/50 choice that really can go either way so for the bet we are going to take a punt on these two sharing the spoils and a scoring draws looks a value bet.
Prediction: Draw

QPR vs Newcastle
We are not expecting this to be a game of great quality with it more likely to be about intense, competitive possession and the fact QPR are playing means anything is possible but we like the look of Newcastle as a value bet to get 3 points here.
Prediction: Away win
